These Terms of Use govern your use of the DopamineQuest app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

DopamineQuest is designed to support focus, momentum, and action through tasks, micro-steps, and coaching features.

You agree to use the app only in a lawful and reasonable way.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

DopamineQuest is a wellness and productivity tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

3. User Content

You may submit text, photos, and other inputs while using the app. You are responsible for the content you submit and should avoid uploading unlawful or harmful content.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments and renewals are handled by Apple through In-App Purchases. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation are managed by Apple under your Apple ID settings.

5. Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or remove parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available without interruption.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by:

• Attempting to break, disrupt, or reverse engineer the app
• Using the app for unlawful purposes
• Uploading harmful, abusive, or malicious content

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DopamineQuest and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
